The organization has many activities and works with health promotion, agricultural development, vocational education, support of tribal communities, sustainable development projects and micro loans for women. 

In addition Shamayita Math runs an English language school for girls with children from kindergarten to class 12 and a school for children with autisme and other mentel difficulties, Mono Deep.
